The pillar specifically considers employing research techniques and innovation to deal with the needs of the community to bring about transformation.
Institutional Development This pillar aims at strengthening institutional capacity in terms of governance, designing and developing institutional policies and standard operating procedures with great emphasis on, financial management, procurement and human resources that contribute effectively on the strategic objectives of the organization.
Knowledge development, monitoring, evaluation and learning The pillar will consider knowledge acquisition and sharing platforms approaches including information hub, documentation, monitoring and evaluation and learning to effectively manage ongoing projects at Enganjani Community Transformation.
Community Mobilization and Engagement for Development This pillar considers community participation as a fundamental aspect of implementation of her projects. Right from identifying the needs in the community to solving these challenges communities should be mobilized and engaged to achieve sustainable solutions This pillar looks at community development initiatives that aim at growing a nation of grassroot leaders and support systems in communities that create and monitor the desired change. This is done through mentoring, capacity building, skills training, and other learning opportunities to strengthen the ways in which they promote health, sustainable livelihoods and resilience in their communities.
Transparency through Accountability and Integrity This pillar emphasizes the need for transparency in our operations and our commitment towards accountability and integrity. At Enganjani we have financial management procedures that aim at reporting with transparency to our partners and participants for greater impact. We consider value for money an integral part of our procurement system and aim at making the most value for every penny spent.
